Session Types & Payment

Fit Check Sessions

• Fit check sessions are complimentary 15-minute calls for scope and fit assessment only
• These sessions are designed to determine if our services align with your needs
• No work deliverables or consulting advice provided during fit checks

Paid Working Sessions

• All paid consulting sessions require prepayment before the scheduled time
• Contact us to discuss longer engagements

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session
• Less than 24 hours: No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session
• No-show: No refund if you do not attend the scheduled session without prior cancellation
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested 24+ hours in advance

Confidentiality & Recording

• All session content and client information is held in strict confidence
• Session recordings require mutual consent from all parties
• Without explicit consent, sessions will not be recorded
• Any materials shared during sessions remain confidential unless otherwise agreed

Taxes & Compliance

• Washington State sales tax will be collected on all services as required by law
• Current WA State tax rate applies based on service location
• Tax rates subject to change based on state and local requirements

Liability & Advice

• Consulting services provide strategic guidance and advisory support
• All recommendations are based on available information and professional experience
• Client retains full responsibility for implementation decisions and outcomes
• Omnivorous Labs is not liable for business decisions made based on advisory sessions
